I enjoyed composing the soundtrack for this video project, for my local church. It highlights a passage from the book of Proverbs which likens wisdom to a person, who can be heeded or ignored; the consequences of both are given.
Composing for this brought me out of my modus operandi, as I sought to reflect the dramatically changing moods of the passage. It was written, recorded and mixed over a single weekend, which began when I sat down at the piano, allowing the melody to emerge, seemingly of its own accord.
